A WA Snr Sergeant has struck with a vehicle a young 18 year old leaving him in hospital and the community of Palm Island has been awarded 30 million dollars, after the QPS was found to have breached the Racial Discrimination Act. It sets the scene for what its like for Aboriginal people dealing with police in Australia and shines further light on how they handled the case of Curtain
